What are the requirements to become Verified User?
|
To be Verified User, we need following information and documents.
|
We need to know your full name, your postal address, your email and mobile phone number. And you will need to have a valid
Passport / ID Copy and a
Proof of Address.
|
We need a clear scanned copy of your passport or your national identity card. It must be valid and your face picture must be clear. Make sure your document has not an expired date. And make sure your date and place of birth appears in that document.
We need a recent (less than 3 months) utility bill such as water/electricity/phone invoice. Your name and your address must appear clearly on that document. If your landlord's name is the one to appear on that utility bill we will then need your Landlord's ID, the Utility bill showing his name and your addresss and a letter of housing signed and dated by him/her.
Once your Due Diligence documents have been approved online, you will need to send us a certified true copy of your passport and the original of your proof of address to our compliance office in Switzerland. Alternatively we may have a branch or a partner in your country where you could go physically to get your documents certified, in which case the information will be provided to you during the online verification process.
When you have the difficulty to get certification, please contact our agent who has eligible status to make certification.
